Inspections, by type
The 7 inspections in the strip above, split by the kind of activity the US
Coast Guard recorded. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record exists, not
years in service. What Maury does not do.
Coast Guard record current through 13 September 2026, retrieved 18 September 2026 from PSIX. Every field on this page was recorded by the Coast Guard. Records for the General Dry Cargo Ship class in Maury's sources begin in 1980.

This hull's Official Number is not in the NVDC file dated 10 September 2026 as served by NOAA Fisheries, so no documentation record is shown. Absence from that file is a fact about the file, not about the hull.
Radio station licence
No FCC ship-station licence is recorded against this Official Number in the file of
6 September 2026. That is a fact about the licence file, not about the radio.

Electrical › Electrical Distribution System (service) › Non-conducting Deck Covering
Issued 19 February 2009
Resolved
0950; Electrical matting throughout vessel does not indicate if it is approved and non-conducting to proper voltage. Class/company should provide documentation to be kept onboard the vessel verifying that the matting is approved. Also, the deck is wet under the matting in the emergency generator room which presents a safety concern. Resolve to class satisfaction.
Operations/Management › Pollution › Control of Garbage
Issued 19 February 2009
Resolved
2120; Mixed food and paper waste found in galley bins. Color coding of waste bins is inconsistent with the guidance in the Garbage Management Plan. Sludge is being stored in an area not indicated in the plan (starboard tunnel) and is not lashed down or contained, which may lead to pollution/safety issues. Rectify to class approval.
Lifesaving › Immersion Suits › General
Issued 19 February 2009
Resolved
0663; During lifesaving drill it was noted that immersion suits are too large for the crew and did not fit properly. An inventory of immersion suits should be taken to determine how many do not fit properly. The company should provide properly fitting immersion suits to ensure the safety of the crew. Rectify to class approval. SOLAS 74(am) III/32.3.3.
Ownership record
The Coast Guard's documentation record for this hull -- the Abstract of Title,
with its owners and liens as filed -- is not in PSIX. Ask, and Maury buys it from the National
Vessel Documentation Center, files it here with its date, and every reader of this page gets it.
