PSCO observed that the hourly maintenance was overdue by 1,933 hours on the #3,4,5 and 7 cylinders on the main diesel engine for the following items: cylinder cover plate, indicator valve, piston, piston rings, stuffing box, cylinder liner, cylinder lubricators, safety valve, connecting rod and starting air valve.
