The Rules concerning lights (§§?83.20 through 83.31) shall be complied with from sunset to sunrise, and during such times no other lights shall be exhibited, except such lights as cannot be mistaken for the lights specified in these Rules or do not impair their visibility or distinctive character, or interfere with the keeping of a proper lookout. Vessel has no running nor stern lights. Vessel is restricted to daytime, unrestricted visibility operations only. Vessel to provide running and stern lights IAW with regulation to the attending/reviewing Marine Inspector. 33 CFR 83.20 (b)

The vessel has no day shapes presently on board. In order to comply fully with INLAND NAVRULES the vessel must have available one ball day shape for when at anchor in or near the above locations. 33 CFR 83.30
