PSCO discovered that stairwell guides were unfamiliar w/basic emergency knowledge during abandon ship drills. Additionally PSCO discovered lifeboat crew member were unfamiliar w/their duties and emergency procedures, to include and not limited to emergency fuel shut off valve location, procedures to engage emergency steering, and location of provisions.

PSCO observed pallets of garbage obstructing an escape route in the garbage room. Additionally PSCO discovered a steel gangway blocking escape route to tender station in the vicinity of fire screen door 4.3.14. Another escape route leading from the spa staff area into the weight room was blocked by a spin bike.
