Vessel shall have water spray system capable of covering each manifold with a uniformly distributed water spray of at least 10 l/m2. System was found inadequate due to low pressure/uneven spray. Def was due to sand/silt in nozzles. Cleaned and corrected on spot. IGC Code REG 11.3.2
