0750- FIRE PREVENTION-The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provision of the present regulation to ensure that the ship in all resepects will remain fir to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or person on board. There is a leak on the lube oil piping for the main engine, the leak has soaked the lagging around the piping. Class is to attest.
