(a) Owners and managing operators must contact the cognizant Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection (OCMI) to schedule an inspection at a time and place the OCMI approves. No written application is required. Vessel did not meet its window of 6/17/21 - 12/17/21 to complete its annual inspection. Vessel must schedule and obtain a satisfactory inspection prior to operating.
