PSCO observed 8p, 9p, and 10p P/V valve flame screens were punctured and ineffective.

For this purpose, the following functional requirements shall be met...means of control for flammable liquids shall be provided. PSCO observed approximately 325 gallons of paint stored in the MARPOL sample locker with inadequate fire suppresion.

An internal audit report satisfactory to the OCMI must be submitted prior to clearance of the deficiency.
