Port State Control Officers observed 03 lighting fixtures with missing or broken bonding wires, 01 at the base of superstructure and 02 at tank #4.

Seven of the ten deck water spray nozzles designed to cover the port side cargo loading/discharge manifold are blocked rendering the system incapable of providing sufficient coverage for the manifold.

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report / proper documentation from DNV-GL and master stating the deficiency was rectified. Vessel crew removed water spray heads from port manifold line, flushed port manifold line and re-installed water spray heads.
While testing automatic closures of the liquid fill valve on the #4 cargo tank, examiners found the port liquid fill valve did not close automatically after actuating high level alarm.
