A vessel of less than 50 meters in length may exhibit an all-round white light where it can best be seen instead of the lights prescribed in paragraph (a) of this Rule. Vessel’s anchor light is unable to illuminate. Vessel is to install or repair a anchor light prior to night time operations.

O/o is to ensure that an IBA with an aggregate capacity of at least 12 persons is acquired and installed according to the applicable arrangement requirements.
