Resolution: PSCO verified bonding lines on board.
A certificate called a cargo ship safety equipment certificate shall be issued after an initial or renewal survey to a cargo ship which complies with the relevant requirements of chapters II-1, II-2, III, and V and any other relevant requirements of the present regulations.
Two types of immersion suits were found on board. 10 immersion suits require a lifejacket and 21 did not require a lifejacket. Form E lists one type of immersion suit.

The last 1.0 meter (3.3 feet) of vapor piping upstream of the vessel vapor connection and each end of the vapor hose must be painted in the sequence of red/yellow/red. The width of the red bands must be 0.1 meter (0.33 foot) and the width of the middle yellow band must be 0.8 meter (2.64 feet). Vapor piping is not painted in red/yellow/red sequence.

Resolution: Vessel sent in photo evidence of corrective action. The proper "Red-Yellow-Red" bands where painted on the last 1.0 meter of vapor piping by ships crew.
