Provide a repair proposal. b) Various small areas of coating failure noted throughout the hull. Re-coat all exposed FRP. c) Replace water lubricated bearings on port and starboard shaft struts. d) Replace rotted longitudinal frames under port and starboard engines as well as aft transverse frame. e) Wood rot in lazarette in port overhead deck, provide repair proposal. f) Non-metallic fuel lines must be approved type SAE-J-1942, less than 30 inches long with metallic fittings for bulkhead penetrations. g) Properly seal hull penetrations on port and starboard exhaust pipe discharge. h) Properly seal forward bulkhead exhaust penetration in lazarette. i) Properly seal penetrations at located top of forward lazarette bulkhead. j) Properly seal hydraulic line bulkhead penetrations in forward compartment and forepeak. k) Properly seal forward bulkhead fixed bilge pipe penetration. l) Fixed bilge system piping in lazarette and forward compartment missing strainers. m) Securely attach engine room ladder. n) Repair broken hydraulic support brackets in forepeak. o) Replace heat sensor and wiring on starboard engine. p) Starboard engine raw water cooling valve difficult to fully close. q) Properly secure starboard engine raw water strainer. r) Install double hose clamps on electric submersible bilge pump overboard discharge in engine room and on MSD tank flexible hoses. s) Properly secure port and starboard exhaust supports.
