FIREFIGHTING SYSTEMS AND APPLIANCES SHALL BE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND READILY AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE USE. THE VESSEL'S EMERGENCY FIRE PUMP HAD LOW SUCTION DUE TO PRIMING SYSTEM NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THE PUMP WAS NOT ABLE TO GET FULL PRESSURE TO THE MAIN.
