Vessel Certificate of Fitness list the P&A manual approved by DNV 2008-08-27 and does not match approval date on P&A manual by DNV 2008-06-24.

Resolution: DNV surveyor attended the vessel and observed the proper operation of the ODME system. Class report was provided to MSU Wilmington attesting to the proper operation of the system.
