The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. Vessel reported a loss of propulsion while getting underway at the Phillip 66 [name withheld] facility in the port of Lake Charles LA. Vessel will make all proper repairs to the satisfaction of their recognized classification society prior to departing.
