Reported damage to the Starboard bow edge of the barge from collision with transiting vessel. Vessel may proceed to MSU Texas City for Damage Survey.

Damage to starboard side no. 4 Starboard wing tank upper side plate and adjacent deck gunwale set in 0” to 2-1/2” x 1’6” x 22’ long area. Make permanent repairs prior to cargo operations to satisfaction of attending USCG MI.
