2120 : Every ship 100 gross tons and above shall carry a Garbage Management Plan, which the crew shall follow. Vessel has a plan, but it is not being followed by the crew. Mixed food waste along with plastic and paper was found at the first collection point prior to disposal into the sea. (Deficiency continuted in narrative.)
