PSCO observed immersion suit donning drills that lasted in the vicinity of 3.5 minutes 74 SOLAS (20) III/7.3

74 SOLAS (14) III/7.1.3 Not less than two lifebouys shall be provided with self-igniting lights and self-activating smoke signals and be capable of quick-release from the bridge. The two life bouys are stored in a crade which holds the life bouys in place even after the quick release pin has been pulled.
