Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report and tech documentation from RINA and CMW metal works stating the deficiency was rectified. Crack was repaired by inserts at web frame and shell plating, see documentation for further details.

0663-Immersion Suits-An immersion suit of an appropriate size shall be provided for every person assigned to crew the rescue boat. Of the 4-person rescue boat crew, 2 persons appeared to be significantly too short to properly fit inside thier ship-issued "Large" immersion suits, to the extent that there was excessive free air in the legs, torso and hood.74 SOLAS (04) III/7.3 40a
