ILLC 1966 Annex I CH. I Reg. I. The Administration shall satisfy itself that the general structural strength of the hull is sufficient for the draught corresponding to the free board assigned. On 28OCT2020 the M/V HARVEY LEGEND broke free from it's mooring in Leeville, LA and ran aground in Bayou Lafourche. The vessel sustained damage to the hull as a result of weather conditions during Hurricane Zeta.
