The condition of its ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons onboard.While heading outbound Fairless Hills at slow dead ahead, the vessel lost propulsion. Vessel had two tug assists and safely moored back to pier. Coast Guard requires class report to verify that the deficiency is fully rectified and safe to proceed.
