The puprose of this regulation is to prevent the ignition of combustible materials or flammable liquids. The following functional requirements shall be met. Means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed the following conditions while conducting exam of the cargo pump room: vessel had minimal product located in 02 small catch basins under cargo pump #1.
