Resolution: Recieve class report attesting to proper repair of cylinder heads by replacing O rings. deficiency rectified

The loadline shall be permanently marked on the sides of the ship to the satisfaction of the administration. Current loadline was found painted on side of hull and not permanently affixed.

Resolution: The load line marks corrected, permanently "punched" on the hull. The hull load line marking painted in a contrasting colour for the hull. Verified by Class on 06th June, 2017, at New York. Please find attached Survey statement
