The raw water pump on the port main engine was observed leaking at a rate of approximately one drop every two seconds while the engine was running. Repair to the satisfaction of attending MI.

A bilge suction must be fitted with a suitable strainer having an open area not less than three times the area of the bilge pipe. MI's observed bilge foot located in Midship void to not be 3 times the area of the pipe.

side of engine side was worn/chaffed through the outer cover exposing inner wire braid and fuel line to injectors on outboard side of engine was showed significant crease in outer jacket. Replace both with new hoses.

A generator or motor designed for 40 °C (104 °F) may be used in 50 °C (122 °F) ambient locations provided the generator or motor is derated to 80 percent of the full load rating, and the rating or setting of the overcurrent devices is reduced accordingly.
Generator nameplate states it is designed for an ambient temperature 40 °C.
Prior to operation of generator, Generator may be derated to 80% or provide a new nameplate from the manufacturer with the 50 °C ambient temperature rating.
