Port State Control Officers observed structural fire protection degradation in ladder wells spanning vertical zones from the aft mooring station, boatswain's hold, and adjacent to the elevator shaft. PSCO'S DISCOVERED SYSTEMIC CRACKING ON ALL MAIN PIPING SUPPORT BRACKETS AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE. THE HEAVY FUEL OIL PIPING INTEGRITY IS UNKNOWN DUE TO COVERED PIPING INSULATION. THE MAIN ENGINE UPPER LANDING SUPPORT BEAM IN WAY OF THE #3 CYLINDER WAS FOUND WITH AN APPROXIMATE 12" CRACK ON BOTH FORWARD AND AFT SIDES.
