The fire integrity of the divisions shall be maintained at openings and penetrations. Self-closing door located at machinery space, "A" class boundry, aft of the main boiler, did not close. Additionally, the bulkhead penetraions had fire resistant material missing. 74 SOLAS 2004 II-2/9.1.3 10AC
