Loadline must be permanetly marked. loadline certificate must match loadline on hull. Loadline is painted on, not raised off the hull. Certificate only indicates fresh water mark, while hull is marked with "F" and "S" lines.

Resolved 16 February 2009
Resolution: It has been verified that the Load Line marks on ship''s sides do now reflect the Load Line Certificate (Deadweight of 149.999 Ton). The Load Line marks are permanently marked on the hull by means of punch mark.
