Resolution: Recv'd class report detailing the installation of a second battery pack instead of a spring-start for the secondary start for the E-Gen. New battery pack tested under load and following black-out onboard vessel.

Resolution: Verified flame screens for the VCS system were replaced providing the prevention of flame into the cargo tanks.

The last one meter of piping before vaport connection shall be painted red, yellow, red and each vapor connection flange must have a 0.5inch diameter stud 1 inch long projecting outward. Vapor collection line was not painted or stenciled properly. 46 CFR 39.20-1(d)(1).
