0750- Fire Prevention- 03 class A-15 fire doors located in the galley are fitted with hold-back hooks and are not equipped with self closing devices as per the ships Fire Control Plan. The vessel shall have the USCG attest to the proper implementation of the ships Fire Control Plan involving the galley fire doors. SOLAS 74 (2004 Cons Ed), Ch II-2, Reg 9.4.1.1.4
