In addition, it shall be provided with alarm arrangements to indicate when this level cannot be maintained. The system shall also be provided with arrangements to ensure that any discharge of oily mixtures is automatically stopped when the oil content of the effluent exceeds 15 ppm. In considering the design of such equipment and approvals, the administration shall have regard to the specification recommended by the Organization." The oil content meter seal was broken. "Food Lift" from Galley, which penetrates two decks, leading to the Dry-Provision Room, is not fitted with self-closing devices. Doors are labeled as A-class self-closing doors on the Fire Control Plan and on the physical door in the Galley, but not labeled in the Dry-Provision Room. 74 SOLAS (14) II-2/ 9.2.3.4.1.
