MI received report that SIXTY FIVE ROSES' port quarter Tow Bit is in unusable condition and it is unclear if vessel is in seaworthy state. It was found that the safety valves require bench testing and guages require calibration. Test and calibrate prior to conducting automatic control and safety tests. Complete automatic control and safety tests prior to credit drydock.
