Deficiencies from Vessel annual inspection Activity #7937911, (items 4 & 8) were identified (fire door corrosion & ISM), an email (dated 1JUL24) from class identified actionable items with dates to imposed due date of 27 July. Deficiencies are still present or repeated on this examination. These deficiencies have not been resolved. Requisition to replace the corroded fire was approved in July and required parts were not ordered until September 18th, with no condition of class.

PSCOs observed at least 12 doors closing outstide of the above mentioned timeframe that were not captured in the onboard inspections conducted by the crew in early July 2023. Additionally, PSSC survey was compelted on 25June2023.
