Resolution: Two (P&S) new accommodation ladders (ClassNK approved Cert no FE22SC01256) were installed this time and onboard operational test conducted satisfactorily including load test. (Load Applied 600Kg).

Resolution: A replacement pressure transmitter was supplied and installed on 14 AUG 2022. The alarm was tested, confirming proper operation of the audible/visual alarms. All found Satifactory.

The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea. PSCO noted that during transfer of stores, using the ships crane, the hydraulic line on the crane burst. Causing 80-90 liters of fluid to discharge onto the deck of the ship, the terminal, and into the waterway.

Resolution: The ship replaced the hose and enacted their TVRP along with the crew initiating cleanup.
