Vessel reported loss of propulsion due to engineer releasing air pressure on the supply valves to MDE while underway. Engineer tried to release condensation in the line by releasing pressure, as result both engines shutdown. Vessel was able to get assistance from another tug in vicinity and moored safely. Complete repairs to the satisfaction of the TPO prior to towing/commercial operations.
