Required vessel alarm systems were not operational at time of inspection. Operator shall restore all alarm systems to proper operating condition.

Resolution: ABS attended vessel on 04DEC25. The vessel replaced the engine room panel with the panel from the the Chief Engineer stateroom. The alarm panel was operationally tested and found satisfactory to the requirements of 46 CFR 143.230

The vessel's portable fire pump was missing a functional discharge pressure gauge. Operator must install or restore a functional gauge on the portable fire pump.
