10c-Crew communal bathrooms had multiple 55-gallon drums of fresh water for crew use. One drum on the B-deck bathroom was blocking the use of a urinal. A 55-gallon drum of water was in the galley for cleaning dishes. All drums did not have a top and were exposed to the air, making them prone to bacteria growth and is an unsanitary condition. Master stated drums are for water conservation.
