Condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger. Vessel main engine suffered a loss of propulsion two times while transiting outbound to sea. Have attending class surveyor provide class report attesting to the satisfactory repairs.
