Resolution: Coast Guard Sector Houston Galveston Marine Inspectors attended the vessel for an annual inspection and verified a C1D1 cargo pump engine is installed. CG-835 cleared.
Vessel was found with a Tankerman PIC house on board the vessel, vessel was directed to produce approved drawing for the structure or remove it prior to departing its moored position.

Vessel is allowed to proceed to Houston-Galveston zone local facility to discharge cargo with no further cargo operations permitted until vessel has affected repairs at a Houston area shipyard
