46 CFR 32.50-3 Pumps or other acceptable means shall be used to discharge cargo from gravity type cargo tanks vented at gauge pressure of 4 pounds per square inch or less. The following plans must be submitted for Coast Guard review in 110.25-3: elementary one-line diagram of the power system, supported by cable lists, panel board summaries, and other information. Starboard side electrical motor winch power feed armored cable is compromised and exposed. Cable needs to be repaired back to original condition as per 46 CFR 111.105-17.

Due to the forward mast being removed during transit to New Orleans; while in transit on Inland Rivers a flashing amber light shall be placed on the bow in accordance with navigation rule 24, upon re-installation of forward mast prove proper placement and operation to the attending Class Surveyor or USCG inspector.
