Each towing vessel must perform the applicable tests in Table 143.245(b) of this section. The tests required by this section must be recorded in accordance with part 140 of this subchapter. Pressure vessel (air receiver) safety relief valves were not properly recorded, tested or replaced to meet the required testing frequency. Replace or test safety relief valves in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or TSMS procedures, to the satisfaction of the USCG Marine Inspector and TPO Surveyor.
