The GLOBAL SEATTLE incurred an inset between frames 17 - 22 of the port side shell. Subsequently, internal damage was caused to the hull framing in way of the #2P cargo tank. Hull and frame structure shall be repaired/renewed to satisfactory condition. Integrity of the cargo envelope for Cargo Tank #2P shall be verified and witnessed by CG MI.
The following conditions are limiting on the vessel:
1. Vessel's crew shall monitor the space for water ingress and log findings.
2. Deficiency is to be rectified at first available dry docking. Cargo operations are allowed in the interim with the exception of the #2P tank for no longer than 30 days.
