Barge is required to have a means to indicate visually the level of liquid in the cargo tank when the liquid is within a range of 1 meter of the top of the tank. Upon inspection, the 1 meter stick on the #2 starboard cargo tank was found to be broken and required replacement. Replace broken 1 meter stick with functional one.

Vapor Collection System (VCS) piping is required to be fitted with a permanent stud projecting outward that is 0.5 inches in diameter and 1 inch long at the top of its vapor connection flange faces. Marine inspectors found the reducer on the port side VCS piping flange lacked the required stud. Remove the reducer on the port side VCS piping flange and replace reducer with one having the required permanently mounted stud.
