Every line above is a count of records the US Coast Guard wrote, or a date it recorded.
A blank resolution means none was recorded in this data; it does not establish that a
deficiency is outstanding. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record
exists, not years in service. What Maury does
not do.

Every record for this hull, in one document — $299
Every recorded inspection, 1972 to
2026, in one chronology · every deficiency, with system, dates
and resolution · operational controls imposed and removed · every name this
hull has been recorded under · the vessels it was inspected alongside, and when
· how its record compares with hulls of similar age and size, as a fact about the
population and never a judgement about this vessel.

The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. Only barges and towing
vessels are in this archive, so any other vessel type in the same activity does not
appear here: these lists are a floor, not a complete manifest.
A vessel must be operated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and in such a manner as to afford protection against hazards to life, property, and the environment. Vessel experienced a 6" deep inset over a 1 ft area of the bow as a result of a grounded barge within the tow that pushed into the bow of the tug. Vessel must provide a damage assessment to include the structural integrity of the areas impacted by the grounding. Vessel must provide a TPO report documenting the overall damage. Vessel must provide transit plan to intended location. Vessel must remain at MM 174 LMR until the transit plan and damage assessment is reviewed by the Coast Guard.
09Jan26: ITV may proceed to Bollinger quick repair in [name withheld] under the conditions of the submitted transit plan. Vessel must provide TPO report documenting satisfactory rectification of the damage repair.
