FOR THIS PURPOSE, THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE MET: MEANS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO CONTROL LEAKS OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS. PSCO OBSERVED SIGNIFICANT OIL LEAKING FROM THE RUNNING NUMBER 1 GENERATOR WITH OIL SOAKED RAGS STUFFED BETWEEN THE EQUIPMENT TO CONTROL LEAKAGE. PSCO OBSERVED SEVER OIL LEAK ON CYILNDER 05 AND SMALL LEAK ON SYLINDER 04.
