The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform to the provisions of the present regulation to ensure that the ship on all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons onboard. While hoisting their anchor, the vessel was suspected to be resting on the river bottom.

Monitoring system indicates a fault on the display panel and is not functioning properly for its intended use. Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted technician report from Consilium stating the deficiency was rectified. Numerous sensors were renewed and vacuum pump was overhauled. System operating properly.
