Marine Inspectors attended vessel and observed #4 starboard void, second to last side chord is bent and detached from the side longitudinal; #1 starboard void, forward side chord weld cracked where the longitudinal meets. Repairs shall be made to the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector or SIP/TBSIP coordinator.
