When the emergency fire pump is delivering the quantity of water required by paragraph 2.2.1.1, the pressure at any hydrants shall not be less than the minimum pressure required by chapter II-2 of the Convention. The minimum pressure referred to in paragraph 2.2.1.2 should be understood to mean 0.27 N/nm2. PSCO observed the pressure was weak from the port side fire hose while testing the emergency fire pump.

All routine and repair maintenance to be recorded. PSCO observed the engineering department was unable to produce operating maintenance manuals for the OWS, therefore PSCO was unable to verify proper OWS testing procedure.
