For each marine casualty required to be reported by 185.202, the owner, agent, master or person in charge of the vessel shall determine whether there is any evidence of alcohol or drugs use by individuals directly involved in the casualty. Test strips were expired, replace and have in place a means to test while awaiting delivery of new strips.
