Observed starboard side fuel lines were cracked towards the entry point at the top of the fuel tank. Vessel shall replace the damaged fuel hose with a new hose that is compliant with the SAE J-1942 standard.

All previous repairs are to be removed and proper layup be made to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector and prior to credit dry dock.
