The opening below the lowest course shall not be more than 9 inches.

A vidmar tool box in the MSD space was founding hanging over the edge of the platform and unsecured potentially slide off and blocking the watertight door in an emergency. Either move or make arrangements to permanently mount the vidmar to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector.
